About Us

Who we are

Women Who AI is a global nonprofit creating an ecosystem where a girl can discover AI for the first time, gain practical skills, meet a mentor, build a project or startup, receive funding, join an international network — and eventually become a mentor, founder, investor or leader herself.

The Problem

An access gap

Women remain underrepresented among those building, funding and leading AI. Barriers start early: no exposure, few role models, no mentors, no networks, no capital.

It is not simply a diversity problem — it is an access, economic opportunity, innovation and leadership problem.

Vision

A world where women have equal power to shape the future of artificial intelligence.

Mission

To make AI opportunity accessible to women and girls globally through free education, mentorship, entrepreneurship support, funding, community, and leadership opportunities.
